His extensive experience, warm personality, and innovative approach make him a pivotal figure in redefining improv in India.


Varsha Kini

Educator | Course Consultant 

Varsha Kini is a  mental health educator, leadership coach, and a corporate professional. Varsha uses the power of improv to help people overcome fear, build confidence, and speak with impact. For over a decade, she has been able to use improv skills successfully in various facets of her own life and would now like to bring that to anyone who would listen.


Mustafa Zariwala

Sr. Course Designer

Mustafa Jariwala  is a corporate trainer and in Improv enthusiast. As a Senior Business Development Manager - Adreno Technologies, is also a  Certified Rehab Master Trainer (Risk Assessment and Injury Prevention). With all those certificates, he's also a Health and Fitness Coach.

Farrell Vaz is the Leadership & Talent Development CoE at an MNC. He's an Experienced Consultant with a demonstrated history of working in L&OD.
